With more than 35 years in construction, Steve has built his career on site, rising from Site Foreman to Construction Manager with leading builders including Lend Lease, Barclay Mowlem and Crown Group. Holding a Diploma of Building and a Builders Licence, he has led the delivery of recognisable Sydney developments including Infinity, Viking and Eastlakes Live. Approachable and safety-focused, Steve leads by example with a keen eye for quality finishes.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Ziad holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from University of Kent, United Kingdom along with a Bachelors Degree of Architectural Engineering. With extensive hands-on experience, having worked for well-known consultant firms on a variety of residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use hotel, healthcare and religious buildings, Ziad has managed projects from the initial concept / design stage right through to completion. His knowledge of coordination between different engineering disciplines with full understanding for MEP and structural needs and concepts, ensures he possesses the design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate and add value to all phases of an architectural project. Having most recently worked for 7 years with a leading local Australian developer/builder immediately before joining Australex, Ziad has extensive experience in Class 2 buildings and is completely across the DBP Act. Aside from his technical ability, Ziad possesses exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across a range of sectors.
